Celebrating the work of animators who brought to life the most amazing cartoon character ever created - and whose work does not make you want to gouge your eyes out. All original material copyright by the author so don't even think of stealing it.

There's some great (uncredited) animation by George Germanetti in this one. Do you know what happened to him after 1963 (his last credit was on "Drum Up A Tenant").
What is the answer to the question in the previous post?
Germanetti went into TV animation like the rest of his colleagues and ended up on the west coast.
Jim Tyer drew the puppets model and drew (a combination of original and reused model sheet poses) the main models sheets of Popeye and Bluto for 1943. I have not seen one for Olive yet and I'm assuming one exists somewhere or existed at one time.
I just noticed there's a Popeye toy and a pre-Code Betty Boop toy Popeye's bag...
